There are many ways for you to track your expenses.  There are software programs that run on your laptops, tablets, and smartphones.  Some are easy and some are not so easy.  You can also track them manually by putting all your receipts in a shoebox.


But if you are tired of tracking your expenses and want us to do that for you, we know how to do that.  We issue you a payroll card that is also a cash/debit card.  Use that card for all your expenses (or most, your choice) and we will track your expenses for you.  You don't have to use it as a payroll card to get the benefits of a cash/debit card.  Again, your choice.  This is all part of our Monthly Bookkeeping Program, TAP. How Does the Payroll (Cash/Debit) Card Work

 

  1. Drivers receive a Payroll card and their pay is automatically deposited into their card account each pay period
  2. Drivers have immediate access to funds no matter where they are
  3. Drivers may have a second card for a spouse
  4. Drivers use their cards to make purchases, pay bills, and get cash
  5. Drivers can check their balance at any time by calling a toll-free number, checking online, or receiving text alerts to their phones
  6. Additional funds can be added to the card such as wages, from a second job, tips, or their tax refund
  7. TTS can receive transaction reports allowing us to track all expenses so the driver doesn't have to
  8. All accounts can be managed from a single corporate portal
