IRS Instructions for Form 1099-Misc
If you want to proceed, or just ask a few questions, fill out the form below, and we will get back to you.
If you're a lease/operator or owner/operator, you live in a 1099 world. You know that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires businesses (including not-for-profit organizations) to issue a Form 1099 to any individual or unincorporated business paid in excess of $600 per calendar year for services rendered. This is required whether these payments are spread out over the course of the year or are paid in one lump sum payment. The penalty for failure to file Form 1099 can be as much as 50% of the amount paid for services.
Let us help you with the creation, processing, and efiling of your 1099 forms for you and/or those drivers you have contracted in the past year.
Annual preparation of W-2 - $50.00
Each additional 1099 - $10.00 each
