Our process begins with the tax organizer.  This online form, when filled out, will provide us with your personal information and tax information required by the IRS.  After completing the form, please press the “Submit” button at the bottom of the last page.  We will receive a copy instantaneously.

Everything on this page is designed to help company drivers prepare to have their annual taxes prepared and filed.  Since the tax laws have changed and have simplified the process for both you and us, we have lowered our price and kept it there since the laws were in effect.

2023 Tax Organizer for W2 Drivers

Once you have sent the tax organizer, we will need your tax documents.  Below you will find a list of possible documents:

  • If you are a first time client you must send us a copy of your previous year’s tax return
  • W2 (Remember, if you have any 1099s do not fill this form out, you have to go here)
  • Loan Documents
  • Pension/IRA or investment documents
  • Insurance form 1095 which you have received from the marketplace
  • Any correspondence marked "Important Tax Documents"

    Do not send any receipts or back up documents that detail the deductions you entered into the tax organizer.
